Protecting Your Energy.
Surround yourself with White Light The Egg of Light.
Visualise yourself standing in an egg shape of white light around your entire body.
Imagine the egg of light blocks out
negativity or physical discomfort yet allows what ever you encounter as positive to filter in.
For example, a collegue is feeling angry at work. They are ranting and raving and you don't want their anger to disturb you.
So take time to take a deep breath, now imagine your egg surrounding you. Picture it forming a barrier
around. The egg stops other people's energy affecting you.
If it helps you to imagine; recall the force field on a space ship on a science fiction movie - your egg has a similar effect - nothing can get in but you can send things out - send out love.
The Golden Rings
Take a few slow deep breaths. Now imagine a large golden ring - similar to a large tyre in shape but made of gold above the top of your head.
Now imagine that the ring comes down from above the top of your head, down over your body till it just touches the floor. Now imagine a second
golden ring moving down from above the top of your head halfway down your body and floating there, now imagine, a third golden ring floating just above your head.
A beautiful, shimmering, very fine, golden armour now drops from the center of the golden ring that is floating above your head. The
armour floats down to the ground completely covering you and protecting you.
Meditation.
To stay in balance and to be able to hold your center in any situation, start a daily practice of
meditation where you focus on your spirit. This practice will help you connecting with yourself. Start meditating for a few minutes at a time. Each day gradually increase the time you spend in meditation.
To meditate: follow your breath and explore the silence.
"The spaces between thoughts are where your spirit waits to be discovered". Deepak Chopra
"It is not void or empty; that's the mystery. As thoughts come, and they will,
continue to refocus on your breath. Every inhalation. Every exhalation. Silently become acquainted with your spirit. You can return to it to reinforce
who you really are--not just the self you present to the world, but that part of you that is timeless." Dr Judith Orloff
